| What do I have to do to be the best? |
 |
- I will show up on time for practices and games!
- I will practice on my own!
- I will come prepared to play!
- I will give 100%, at all times!
- I will follow my Manager and Coach's instructions!
- I will accept responsibility for my mistakes, learn from them, and try to do better the next time!
- I will remain enthusiastic on the field, and in the dugout!
- Whatever position I am placed in, I will try my best to play it better than anyone else who has played it before me!
- I will make the best of every at-bat!
- If I must strike out, I will go down swinging!
- I will support ALL of my teammates!
- I will NOTgive up when my team is behind!
- AND, MOST IMPORTANT: I will NOT put myself ahead of the team!
If I do all these things,
I will be a better person,
and everything else will
work out just fine!
